Stallion Extruder

This is for the stallion extruder. No hoppers or controllers are included. To control it, additional controls are needed. 

Benefits:

- Use for 3D Printing or benchtop injection molding

- Extrude pounds of material per hour

- Large size and horsepower is harder to clog than a smaller extruder

This includes:

- (2) 500 watt 120 VAC band heaters

- (1) 100k NTC thermistors

- 2 x 1" extrusion, barrel insulation, and mounting options for cooling fans and hoppers

Technical notes:

With LX175 PLA the following is achieved at 220C with a 3mm nozzle using a Duet 6HC controller. 

NEMA23 extruder weighs 13.4 lbs. and extrudes up to 2.5 lbs. per hour of plastic pellets.

NEMA34 extruder weighs 20.5 lbs. and extrudes up to 4 lbs. per hour of plastic pellets.
